【スライスカット（ハーフタイヤ）】
ハーフタイヤ作成時の”幅が綺麗に揃わない悩み”を完全解消！
ナイフアームは位置が固定出来る設計になっており、同じ幅のタイヤを綺麗に切り出すことが可能です。
モーターで回さずにカット加工が出来る為、安全にカット加工が行えます。
また、Oリングなどの小さな物でもスペーサーの組み合わせ次第で綺麗にスライスすることも可能です。

【ペラタイヤ（タイヤ外径切削）】
ウィールメイク本体の側面には22.0~25.5まで0.5刻み8段階の数字が刻印してあり、リューターとヤスリ等を使用し0.5刻みでお好みのタイヤサイズに外径を切削することが出来ます。

※ウィールメイクの外径ガイドは、リューター回転数やヤスリの反りによる”削れ過ぎ対策”とし、表記してある数値よりも＋0.1に設定してあります。
その為、基本的には表記されている数値よりも凡そ+0.1㎜大きなタイヤに仕上がりますので、0.1の残り代を微調整範囲として使用してください。
（表示：22.0→実寸：22.1）
【※ヤスリの当て方や、リューターの回転数によって仕上がり外径が若干異なる場合が御座います。】

We support tire slicing (half tire), peller tire creation (outer diameter cutting), wheel cutting, gear chamfering processing, simple circle check, and various other processing depending on usage.

[Slice cut (half tire)]
Completely eliminates the "problem of not aligning the width neatly" when creating half tires!
The knife arm is designed to be fixed in a fixed position, and it is possible to cut out tires of the same width neatly.
Since it can be cut without turning it with a motor, it can be cut safely.
In addition, even small objects such as O-rings can be sliced neatly depending on the combination of spacers.

【Pella tire (tire outer diameter cutting)】
The side of the wheel make body is engraved with 8 levels in 0.5 increments from 22.0 ~ 25.5, and you can cut the outer diameter to your favorite tire size in 0.5 increments using a luter and a file.

* The outer diameter guide of Wheel Make is set to +0.1 from the indicated value as a "measure against excessive shaving" due to the warping of the luter rotation speed and file.
Therefore, the tire is basically finished with about +0.1 mm larger than the indicated value, so please use the remaining allowance of 0.1 as the fine adjustment range.
